Breathtaking panorama with a unique and evocative view of the Gulf. Although recently built, it interprets the feeling of ancient rural Sicily. Located on the coast close to the Bay of Cala Bianca, on the sea, which can be reached on foot via a path that winds through the uncontaminated Mediterranean scrub. Close to the historic village of Scopello, Castellammare and the Zingaro Nature Reserve. Palermo, San Vito Lo Capo, the islands of Favignana and Levanzo can be reached within 40 minutes.
The space
Entirely located on the ground floor, with local architectural taste, the villa allows you to feel the ancient breath of Sicily and interprets its feeling. It combines the clear and sober lines typical of shepherds' cottages with the use of recycled materials such as stone and chestnut beams and also the use of furniture that relies on materials such as resin, used for the kitchen and bathrooms , combined with ancient craftsmanship.
In its large outdoor spaces (2000 m2), the solarium area with sea view is made with wooden flooring, and is equipped with a hydromassage mini-pool with integrated Blutooth audio system and equipped with sunbeds, deckchairs, umbrella, shower. To complete, a cooking area with gas barbecue. The covered veranda, also made of handcrafted wood, faces the sea and is equipped with a table and chairs.
The house has a double bedroom, a double/twin bedroom, and a bedroom with a French double bed. The high quality of the Italian-made mattresses should be underlined. Served by two bathrooms with resin floors equipped with large wall showers. In one of the bathrooms, local reclaimed "cementine" (vintage tiles in vogue between 1920 and 1960) patiently collected personally by the owner over the years are used as a covering for the shower walls and as a background for the bathroom fixtures. In the other bathroom the shower walls are covered in "Picasso" marble placed in open stain. The open space kitchen is equipped with induction hob, oven, coffee machine and dishwasher and allows a wonderful view of the sea through the large window.
The furnishings are largely made by local artisans with high quality and prestigious materials, revisiting recycled elements from farmhouses in the area. The result is of fine aesthetic taste, such as the living room lamp made by the owner using work tools from Sicilian farmers. Another example are wardrobe doors made from ancient planks. The high-end Daikin air conditioning system allows comfortable use in all seasons. The private parking can accommodate up to three cars.

Mini-pool dimensions: 4.30 m x 2.20 m
The mini-pool is equipped with 4 seats with hydromassage nozzles at various speeds with 33 water jets and 16 air jets, Bluetooth audio system with integrated speakers, chromotherapy. The pool can be heated by increasing the water temperature up to 36° C. However, this takes several hours.
The mini-pool heating service is only on request, for a minimum of 3 consecutive days, and an additional cost of €30 per day.
