Welcome to the Alejo Breeze, nestled within the iconic Villa Alejo and featured in Modernism Week!

Unwind in style with a full kitchen, tranquil shaded patio, dedicated workspace, and gated underground parking.

You'll be captivated by the original Midcentury Modern briese soleil exterior and lush desert landscaping infusing the pool, spa, and courtyard with vibrant energy.

This isn't just a place to stay; it's an escape designed for comfort, convenience, and style.

The space
Kitchen:
Fully renovated kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, granite countertop, natural light, and two massive pantries with built-in shelves. Amenities include a kettle, toaster, pots and pans, mixing bowls, food storage containers, a coffee maker, a smoothie maker, an ice maker, filtered water, and a waffle maker. Keep an eye out for a secret experiential art installation from Modernism Week. The island features two leather stools for casual sitting and dining, and the pass-through features seating and conversational access to the living room.

Dining Area:
A sleek glass extendable dining room table sits under a brilliant dimmable chandelier featuring custom-designed, decorative light bulbs with a wine fridge within reach and open views of the living room. Six leather dining chairs at the table and three mid-century leather stools at the kitchen pass through. Many guests also like to use this dining room table as a second office desk.

Living Room:
An oversized sectional couch with soft cotton throw blankets, which one guest said was so comfortable he had to force himself off the couch and enjoy Palm Springs! Oversized windows with insulating shades open up to the outside patio and views of the courtyard. A glass coffee table holds controls for the large-screen TV, including an AppleTV with nearly every streaming service available. The mirrored credenza with customizable LED trim lighting sits alongside the vintage pocket door that opens the living room to the home office room.

Main Bedroom:
The king-size bed is a Purple Hybrid4 mattress, soft cotton bedding, bedside lamps, drawers, and charging stations featuring power and USB ports on each side of the backlit headboard. Above the headboard is an oversized custom-commissioned art piece from a local artist. For your comfort, the bedroom features an air purifier, humidifier, and an additional air conditioning system. The two closets for your use include wood hangers, a dresser, a laundry basket, and an iron/ironing board. Relax in the retro-inspired reading nook with a clamshell chair, and use the desk as a workspace or a large flat surface for anything else. The bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom.

Guest Room / Office:
Open to the living room via the original vintage pocket door, the room includes a desk, a full-sized bed, gym supplies, and a reading area. The office space features an adjustable sit/stand L-shaped desk with lamps and charging stations. A thick ergonomic floor pad is available for working while standing, in addition to the Herman Miller desk chair. The reading nook features an oversized mid-century clamshell chair alongside the original, restored oversized pocket door. This room's original closet is now the office, and guests have plenty of hangers and hooks and can share the main bedroom closet.

Patio:
The gated patio features desert landscaping with lush views of the palm trees and pool in the building's central courtyard. This space includes outdoor furniture, chairs, benches, a sun umbrella, a grill, and a metal/lighting art installation.

Main Bathroom:
En-suite to the main bedroom, and newly renovated with all marble. Escape into the floor-to-ceiling glass shower, featuring a water softener that will leave your skin and hair soft and protected. Plenty of storage with drawers and an open area under the sink, plus a built-in vintage medicine cabinet alongside the Zee Gallery mid-century mirror. Luxury hand soap, a digital body scale, a smart speaker, a ceiling heater, and an exhaust fan.

Second bathroom:
This newly remodeled bathroom is all marble and features an extra-deep soaking bathtub with a luxury shower head and a toilet with a bidet. A moonscape decorative accent surrounds the lighting controls and outlets. The bathroom includes a hairdryer and a courtesy box with select personal supplies if needed. With many drawers and a vintage medicine cabinet, you will have plenty of space for everything you bring.

Laundry:
Between the kitchen and dining room, a stacked washer/dryer combo unit is available. Wool dryer balls can be used instead of fabric softener, which we recommend with the mineral-rich Palm Springs water supply to treat your clothing best.

Parking:
Palm Springs's historic first underground parking garage is located below the building. Secured and accessible only with a security clicker, the garage has a designated parking spot for your exclusive use. Access the garage via elevators in the lobby or the stairway next to the unit. A short-term guest parking lot is located directly down the corridor to the condo, which you can use for easy and direct loading and unloading.

Guest access
The entire condo, patio, all community amenities including the pool and hot tub, and a dedicated parking space in the garage.

Other things to note
