• Kids Zone: We have installed 2 swings and Kiddie pool specifically for children, allowing them to play safely while enjoying the fresh mountain air and the property's expansive views.

Our accommodation features three spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 12 guests. We can accommodate up to 15 persons for an additional charge of ₱800 per person, which includes extra bedding and mattresses.

• We require a security deposit of 5,000 upon check in of guests. This may be given in by cash or through bank transfer. The full amount of your deposit will be returned to you within 24 hours after a satisfactory check out inspection.
•You will be staying in our private family hilltop vacation home — not a full-service hotel or resort. Our dedicated caretaker is available daily from 8 AM to 7 PM to assist you.
• The road going up to the property look steep at first glance, but most of the cars (and even some tricycles) handle it without issue. It's a bit intimidating visually, but perfectly manageable once you're on it.
•Important Note on Our Location
Nestled at the very top of the hill, Villa 360 is the only property on the summit. This exclusive hilltop setting offers complete privacy and stunning panoramic views, but it also means we are surrounded by nature.
As a result, you may occasionally encounter bugs and insects inside or around the villa — this is part of the natural environment. If you are particularly sensitive to them, we kindly recommend choosing a different listing. We want every guest to feel completely comfortable during their stay, and we prefer to avoid any disappointment or negative experiences.
