Villa Juniper is one of the most beautiful villas on the Kaş Peninsula, situated in an absolutely stunning location.
Located at the western end of the peninsula, Villa Juniper offers stunning, unobstructed panoramic views of the sea and the mountains. Enjoy unforgettable sunsets with your family or your closest friends.
In high season, the villa is only rented on a weekly basis (Saturday to Saturday). Different check-in and check-out days are possible by arrangement.
The space
Villa Juniper impresses with its unique floor plan, featuring a spacious open-plan living and dining area, high ceilings, and an imposing double staircase leading to the upper floor. Kitchen and storage room (including Washing machine and dryer) are located right next to the main area. A fourth bedroom and a guest toilet complete the layout of the first floor.
The three bedrooms upstairs (two of them en suite) each have a balcony with a sea view. Two additional shower rooms are accessible from the gallery hallway.
The living area leads directly to the upper terrace, which features a 60 m² swimming pool for the exclusive use of our villa's guests. Separate dining and lounge areas offer breathtaking, unobstructed panoramic views of the sea and the Taurus Mountains.
The lower terrace is also part of our villa and is equipped with an outdoor kitchen with a BBQ and a marble seating area.
The pool, kitchen, and bathrooms have been recently renovated.

Due to the large number of stairs, Villa Juniper is only partially suitable for people with physical disabilities. Thank you for your understanding.
The pool area does not have a child safety gate! The pool is over 2 meters (6.6 feet) deep. Therefore, the villa is not suitable for families with young children or non-swimmers.
Warning:
The pool is over 2 meters (6.6 feet) deep at its deepest point – only experienced swimmers are allowed to use the pool! Minor guests or visitors may only use the pool under the supervision of their parents or a legal guardian, who must also be an experienced swimmer.
Any use of the villa and pool is at your own risk.
