The space
The house was built in the 1950s and there is also a large rented yard building in the yard.

The plot is almost three hectares and the yard is surrounded by a forest and rented fields. The plot is bordered by the Ihdenjoki river and there are no close neighbors (the neighbor's house is visible from the sauna, but it is not inhabited).
