Villa Domitilla and Villa Sveva are two adjacent and connected villas for up to sixteen persons, ideal for big group of friends, family reunion or corporate retreat.
The villas have a private swimming pool (14 x 7 m), garden with pergola and barbeque. Ground floor: 2 large living rooms, 2 fully-fitted kitchen and 2 twin bedrooms with en suite bathrooms each (wheelchair accessible in Villa Domitilla).
First floor: 2 double bedrooms and 4 twin bedrooms. Each bedroom has en suite bathroom.
The space
Villa Domitilla and Villa Sveva are situated in the heart of the enchanting Sabina Region. 50 km north-east of Rome and untouched by mass tourism, this territory is still authentic and unspoilt. Its landscape of gentle hills, is scattered with Roman villas, medieval castles, churches and abbeys.

The villas enjoy a large swimming pool (14 x 7 m; 1,20 - 1,40 m/depth) with two private changing cabins.
Villa Domitilla is wheelchair accessible and fitted to host guests with disabilities.
Available free of charge to our guests, there are a beautiful tennis court and five-a-side football pitch with artificial turf and a table tennis.

The villas have a huge private garden with a pergola and a barbeque area. The patio, with wooden table and chairs seating 16 people, is perfect for al fresco dining.

Rates includes: linens, bath-towels, pool towels (weekly change for stays longer than one week); electricity and gas; use of the tennis court, five-a-side football pitch and table tennis (rackets and balls included); free wi-fi.
Rate does not include: heating (60 euros per day and must be paid cash upon check out), telephone, daily cleaning.
Other things to note
The swimming pool is open from June to September and is not supervised.
Guests must respect the following rules:
1) As the pool is unsupervised, any child under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
2) Depth: 1,20 m - 1,40 m. Diving is prohibited.
3) The swimming pool is open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
4) The umbrellas must be closed in the evenings, on windy days and when you leave the villa.
5) Do not leave inflatables on the pool overnight or when you leave the villa. As if they are left, they sit on the top and prevent the pool from being cleaned by the skimmers.
6) Do not leave any wrappers, plastic, tissues, or other rubbish by the pool as it may fall in and block the skimmers.
7) It is obligatory to use the shower and foot-rinsing bath before entering the pool.
8) No swimming is recommended prior to 3 hours after a meal.
9) t is forbidden to run on the edge of the pool and take dives.
It is advisable not to walk barefoot to avoid slipping and hurting your feet
The owners will not accept any responsibility for damage or injuries caused by lack of adhering to the rules above. Clients will be charged If any damages occur due to not following these rules.
