Furnished with new modern appliances and highend furnishings. Enjoy stunning sunsets and sea views from the spacious terrace and balconies.. Located ju st a short drive from the charming center of Peyia and 2km distance from the famous Coral Bay Beach & Coral Bay Strip full of bars and restaurants. Strictly a maximum of 6 guests permitted on the property and no parties permitted.

Our villa has been fully renovated inside and is brand new.

All areas are Airconditioned with strong wi-fi signal.

All beds have high quality mattresses and pillows.

The villa has 3 bedrooms
2 are ensuite. There is a bathroom with shower a few steps away from the downstairs bedroom

- Bedroom one: King size bed, ensuite with big bath, TV and balcony with seaviews.
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed, ensuite with walk in rain shower, balcony with beautiful mountain views and workspace
- Bedroom 3: ground floor, queen bed with sliding door leading onto garden area and workspace. The 3rd bathroom is a few steps away.

Patio with lounge suite and outdoor dining table with direct access to the shared 12m swimming pool. pool is shared with 3 other houses.
