The space
This apartment is located on the 9th floor of a building with an elevator. It has a very bright living room with access to a terrace and wonderful views. Master bedroom with 150cm bed and balcony, equipped with TV. A room with a 140 cm double bed and another single room, all with very bright exterior windows. A full bathroom with shower and toilet. A fully-equipped kitchen, with state-of-the-art appliances. All brand new.
Other things to note
BOOKING TERMS
Groups of young people UNDER 25 YEARS OF AGE are not allowed to book.
It is forbidden to use the apartment with a number of occupants greater than the capacity of the apartment.
If the guest forgets the keys inside the apartment and the check-in staff must go to the accommodation, an opening service fee of €20 will be used.
Losing the keys will incur a surcharge of €45 for each set.
LIABILITY
Booking the apartment implies acceptance of the house rules. Carefully read the house rules that will be posted on Airbnb. No parties or smoking inside the apartment. For irresponsible behavior, the owner may ask guests to leave the apartment immediately, without the right to compensation or refund.
Guests are responsible for the good care of the apartment during their stay and agree to deliver it in the same conditions in which the accommodation and its equipment were found, except for repairs of appliances or reasonable wear and tear of the apartment.
If there is any damage to the apartment, please let us know immediately and we will try to fix it as soon as possible.
For stays of 28 days or more, electricity, water and gas supplies are included up to a maximum of €200 per month. If the consumption of supplies exceeds this rate, the guest must pay the difference. The host will send a request through Airbnb for the required amount that the guest must accept and pay.
This apartment has electric awnings. Please use them responsibly. During check-in, we will check that they are in perfect working order. Any subsequent breakdown that requires technical repair will be the responsibility of the guest.
Guests are not responsible for final cleaning, but must leave the apartment in good condition, the kitchen tidy, and garbage in the street containers, otherwise an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
We are subject to Airbnb's Air Cover accident and theft insurance coverage.
CHECK-IN
Check-in hours are from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm, all arrivals between 9:00 pm and midnight will have a surcharge of €20. Arrivals after midnight will not be attended to.
The person responsible for check-in will wait at the apartment to hand over the keys and explain how the facilities work. If for any reason you cannot arrive at the agreed time, please let us know as soon as possible to avoid the necessary waits.
You will receive a copy of the contract that you must sign and accept the booking conditions. It is essential to present the original passport or ID of all the people staying.
On the day of departure, you must be ready to leave the apartment at the time agreed with the check-in staff. Check-out must be no later than 11:00 AM.
