Perfect for 6–8 guests, the villa features 3 AC suites, a fully equipped kitchen, and a lush garden with a private pool. Fully walled for your privacy, it’s close to the ferry, top beach clubs, and 1.9 km from downtown. The perfect balance of peace and convenience!
The space
The rooms are generously sized and have a relaxed atmosphere. There are two bedrooms with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds, plus two extra mattresses. Each bedroom has a nice wardrobe, air conditioning, and a private bathroom with a shower and toilet. The private pool in the garden is approximately 6 x 3 meters and ranges in depth from 1.5 m to 2 m. The pool is serviced once a week. The kitchen is equipped with a variety of pots for cooking and more than enough dishes, glasses, and cutlery. You can use the barbecue and a washing machine. A bus stops regularly to take you to the town center, so having a car isn’t really necessary.
Guest access
The entire house is at your disposal and is fully fenced. There’s a spacious living area with a kitchen and dining table, plus a lounge with a smart TV and Netflix. You’ll also find a gourmet area in the garden, a private pool, an outdoor dining table under the veranda, a hammock, and a barbecue.
There is one parking space at the house; you can also park outside the condominium.
