Located on a special plot of land, bordering the countryside, the lagoon and the sea, the ITAPOCU villa is in Barra do Itapocu, Santa Catarina. We are a unique lodging space for those seeking tranquility and contact with nature.
Our 5,000 m² plot has a mangrove preservation area on the edge of Lagoa da Cruz, with access to it from inside our property.
Just past the lagoon is the sea! We have SUPs for guests to cross and enjoy the beach "without leaving home"!
The space
The house has 2 en-suites with queen and king size beds, 1 bedroom with a queen size bed and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds.
It also has a living room with TV and internet, a living room, a toilet, and a full integrated kitchen exclusively for the guests of the house.
All rooms are air-conditioned.
Our deck with lounge overlooks the garden and lagoon.
We have a gourmet space that features a barbecue and a large table for all guests.
We have sheets, towels, blankets, shampoo, soap, hair dryer, and everything else you need for a comfortable and worry-free stay when packing.
The voltage is 220v.
