Vila Ipioca is a beach house on the seafront and on the sand, with a direct view of the sea and a complete structure for days of rest, leisure and contact with nature.
Located on the paradisiacal beach of Ipioca, in Maceió/AL, it is ideal for families who want to enjoy the sun, sea and natural pools of the north coast of Alagoas, with comfort, space and privacy.

Large and integrated house, distributed in main house, guest house, service block and deck with beachfront pool, all connected by gardens and green areas. A generous and functional plot of land, designed for coexistence and rest.

The technical and maintenance areas are for the exclusive use of the owners.

- Vila Ipioca is intended exclusively for family lodging.
No parties, events, celebrations, birthdays, weddings or any meeting with outside guests, regardless of size, are allowed.

#Cleaning and services
The house is delivered at check-in clean, sanitized and organized.
We do not have a housekeeper or housekeeping, cooking or shopping services during the stay.
If you wish, we can recommend local providers, with contracting and payment made directly by the guest.

In front of the house there is a natural pool, accessible by boat during low tide.

• The access road is in the process of being built and paved by the City of Maceió
• Vehicle access may occur by neighboring area, according to conditions of the period
• In cases of power outages, water shortages or heavy rains that make access difficult, these are external situations beyond the control of the owners
