If you want to enjoy your holidays by the beach, this is your house!!! Extraordinary place with direct access to the beach, views of the estuary and the Rande Bridge. Ideal location to visit other incredible beaches, Cíes Islands, Ons Island, Pontevedra, Santiago, Oporto and just 7 km away from the center of Vigo. You will be able to enjoy Galician cuisine, you will have direct access to a long promenade and hiking trails, natural freshwater pools, a playground, supermarket and other services.

The space
Ground floor house completely renovated in 2024. It has exterior windows in all rooms, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, electronic access and private parking (in addition to another public parking next to the house). It's divided in:

• Fully equipped kitchen and living room. They have a microwave, oven, vitro, fridge-freezer, kitchenware, table, chairs, sofa and TV.

• Two double bedrooms with family bed, bedside tables and wardrobe.

• Bathroom with shower. Includes hair dryer.

• Laundry area with washing machine, clothesline and iron for clothes.

• Large garden with barbecue, stone table, rocking chair, outdoor shower, chill-out area with sun loungers during the summer and stairs with direct access to the beach.
