Our apartment is located close to a bakery and all shops (commercial area of Houssen), as well as Colmar train station (15 min). Surrounded by the most beautiful villages in France and favorite villages of the French, you can enjoy the Alsatian Christmas markets as well as all the activities that the area offers.

With your family, enjoy amusement parks like Petit-Prince in Ungersheim, Europapark 45 mins by car or Fraispertuis-city at 1h15. Winter sports lovers can also enjoy the downhill and cross-country ski resorts located 30 minutes away. Close to the Rhine, discover Germany and its architecture, and why not by boat.

Guest access
Access to garages are allowed to house bicycles. The use of a dryer is available upon request.
The courtyard with the pool is private; you have access to the courtyard in front of the garages and the garden in front of the house.
A ping-pong table and table football can be made available on request, provided it doesn't rain...
Due to damage and for reasons of liability in the event of an accident, the trampoline is no longer accessible to guests.

Bakery, tobacco shop and bus stop 2 min walk (140 m) down the street.
Shopping area 5 min drive.
45 minutes from the ski resorts, same to reach Europapark by car, on the wine route between Mulhouse and Strasbourg, close to Colmar, this home is ideally located and quiet.
There is something for everyone, and each season offers its share of exploration, activities, scenery, festivities, treats, something to satisfy children and adults alike 😉!
Check-out time is no later than 10:00 a.m. Please ensure that you are ready to leave by that time. If you plan to check out earlier, please let us know the day before. An inspection is mandatory for the security deposit to be returned.
- Put the utensils back in their place
- Clean the oven trays, the induction cooktop, the microwave, the coffee maker, the toaster, the plancha, and any marks on the wall or window, as well as the baby high chair and the tablecloths.
- Clean the refrigerator and the sink, and remove any food residue
- Empty the dishwasher and put it away.
- Place the sorted waste in the bins (compost, plastics, metal, cardboard, paper, glass) and collect the other trash cans (kitchen, bathroom, and toilet); do not leave them outside (animals).
- Gather the bath towels in the bathroom
- Do not strip the sheets from the beds.
- If you moved any furniture or items, please put them back where they were.
This list is not included in the cleaning fee! It's a gite and not a hotel! Thank you for understanding.
Any breakage is likely; honesty is better than concealment.
