Upscale, brand new condo in the heart of Leblon. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washer/dryer, a cute balcony, and steps from the beach, the subway and the best restaurants and shopping in Rio. Every room has AC, ceiling fan and TV.

Our family has lived in Leblon for more than 3 generations. They came for the fresh air, sun and the ocean, and stayed. We come to Leblon for the same reason our grandparents came. It's the best place in the world, we hope it becomes that for you too!

Our location is one block away from 3 excellent Japanese restaurants, one French, one Portuguese, an Italian Gelato place, pharmacies, and a big supermarket. We are 2 blocks away from the Metro (subway) even more restaurants and 3 blocks from the beach and the shopping malls.
