Via Verdi is located in Mondolfo, one of Italy’s prettiest towns. Surrounded by fields and only a 7-minute drive away from the coast, your home away from home will be an escape from the real world. Leave your gadgets in your bag and enjoy the sun, the sea and the beautiful simplicities around.

The space
The residence has a unique heritage. It is our family house since the 60's.
While trying to preserve the original style, we improve and renovate the space every season.
The space is composed of two spacious master bedrooms, a twin room, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a bright living room with a stunning view. The house can host up to 6 guests.
We also have a back garden full of fruit trees where you can see fireflies at night in summer if you are lucky!
The back garden is equipped with BBQ and dine out platform for dinners outdoors.

Guest access
Guests are free to use the whole apartment at first floor, the books in the library of the living room, the study room, balcony and all the items inside the apartment. Guests are also encouraged to use the front balcony to sit at night facing the front garden.
Also free to use is the back garden and our portable BBQ

Other things to note
Our home is very old and even though we invest all our airbnb earnings in maintenances there are still a lot of small imperfections or details that we need to improve, for instance squeaking doors, old fornitures etc..
We encourage Guest to speak up and report to us any small or big thing that they think needs to be improved so that we can gather all your feedbacks and improve our loved home during the yearly winter renovation :)
