- 3 Bedrooms: All located upstairs, including the primary bedroom.
- 2 Full Bathrooms: One on the main floor with a tub, another upstairs with a tub & shower.

Main Floor:
- Two cozy living rooms, each with comfortable sofas and chairs—ideal for
reading, playing board games, or simply relaxing with family and friends.
-A study room, connected to one of the living rooms, features a smart TV
- Large dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing
and enjoying meals together.

Basement:
- Newly renovated space with a cozy electric fireplace, a comfy leather
couch, and a smart TV.
- Includes a ping pong and a pool table for a bit of friendly competition!

Upstairs Charm:
The upstairs area is adorned with a beautifully patterned runner and vintage artwork, adding to the century-home ambiance.

Outdoor Amenities:
Backyard:
- A large space with a BBQ and dining table—perfect for outdoor meals.
Dining table has a view of the pool.
- Newly renovated pool, perfect for cooling off during hot summer days.
- Large private backyard!

Guest access
Guests have full access to the home, except for the storage area that partially takes up the basement. In addition, guests will not have access to the pool heater located in the shed.

Other things to note
Please note that parking is only permitted in the driveway (maximum 6 cars),

Smoking and vaping of any kind are not allowed in the house.

Pool is available END of May to END September.

The house is on a septic system, so please respect the quantity of water used.

Cleaning Fees: The cleaning fees include house cleaning, washing bed sheets and towels, and pool maintenance.

Information about Tourist Tax: Please note that a 4% Municipal Accommodation Tax (MAT) applies to all short-term stays in Niagara-on-the-Lake. This is a town-mandated tax for reservations of less than 28 consecutive days or fewer.
The MAT is collected to help fund local tourism and enhance the visitor experience in our beautiful town. It will be added to your total booking amount at the time of reservation.


The following are the house rules that guests must adhere to ensure the safety of our guests and to properly abide by the local by-law:

1. No glass in or near the pool area. Please use plastic cups provided by hosts.
2. Parties, pool parties or large events are not permitted.
3. No more than 7 people are permitted on the property, without prior consent.
4. Guests with electric vehicles are not permitted to charge them on the property.
5. We ask that you respect the noise by-laws that are in effect after 10 pm and avoid loud music or conversation in the front and backyard after this time. (City bylaw)
6. No smoking indoors.
7. No street parking is permitted. (enforced bylaw)
8. No open fires allowed (city by-law)

Pool use and safety.
The Guest agrees that all use of the pool is at the Guest’s own risk. Those risks include but are not limited to, the risk of injury resulting from a possible malfunction of the equipment used in the pool and injuries resulting from tripping or falling over obstacles in the pool area. Children of all ages must be supervised. It is the Guests’ duty to be careful and safe when using the pool/pool area. Any damages caused by Guests may be their financial responsibility.
