Please note that the City of Ventura requires a 7-night minimum beginning on the second Friday in June and ending with the last Friday in August.

Please note all guests MUST sign a rental agreement per the City of Ventura which will be forwarded once you are confirmed in AirBnB and your rental is subject to the approval of the rental agreement.

Please note: We do not allow parties of any kind. The house is for the sole use of the guests staying there. Any breach of the rental contract or occupant will result in immediate eviction.

Pets only allowed with additional $2500 deposit per pet.
