Rural 4-bedroom house with private pool in a certified organic orchard in a peaceful valley. Natural surroundings, minutes away from picturesque villages, 1/2hr from Málaga, international airport, high-speed trains, beaches, and Marbella. The house is located in a rural area inside of an orange grove. Enjoy the country's peace while being just a short drive away from picturesque villages, commercial areas, beaches, parks, restaurants, etc. You will need a car.

The space
The old house has had several renovations and improvements over the generations, and now offers all the amenities and comfort of a modern home while staying true to its traditional Andalusian architecture and rural style. We just completed a renovation of the pool and the surrounding terraces and added 2 new bathrooms and 1 new bedroom.

The house can host comfortably up to 8 people. One bedroom with a queen-sized bed, two bedrooms with two single beds each, and a bedroom with a queen-sized sofabed and on-suite bathroom on the lower level. There is also a queen-size sofabed in the living room in front of the open fireplace. 100% cotton linens and towels are provided. The kitchen and dining areas are fully equipped, and there is a barbeque, Internet WI-FI, A/C, an alarm system with security and supervision 24/7, and digital HD TVs. There is a good reception for mobile phones. Most of the time it is very quiet but sometimes a neighbor may be working on his land with noisy engines.

The house is surrounded by a fenced certified organic grove with over 500 fruit trees—different varieties of oranges, lemons, figs, nuts, etc.

Fahala River is just meters away and only a short drive from the villages of Alhaurin, Coín, and Cártama. Subtropical beaches, ski resorts, monuments, ancient ruins, shopping centers, luxury stores, theaters, and much more are just a short drive away.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire house and land. There are locked storage and mechanical rooms that are only accessible to the maintenance and cleaning crews. The orchard keeper will let you know if there are any trees available for picking. Be aware not to damage the trees and irrigation systems while walking or playing around.

Other things to note
We want to stay green! Please use ecological and biodegradable products for showering, laundering and other needs. There are recycle bins to sort your garbage.

We have the best possible Internet access for a rural area through aerofiber with up to 30/100 Mb which is suitable for any use including streaming and video-conferencing.

There are dogs and roosters, hens and other animals that may make noise, and they may sound louder because of everything else being so quiet.

Beautiful, private and quiet, the area has a large international community and locals are well known for their hospitality and friendliness. There are few neighbors and houses are separated and surrounded by farmland. There are a few ways to arrive to the house but the last miles/km of some roads are in bad shape and others are narrow with many curves and requiring plenty of attention when driving. Being difficult to arrive has the advantage of very few people going there.
