Relax in this wonderful quiet and peaceful apartment in the heart of Rome. It is on the 6th floor with elevator of a typical building of the neighborhood. 5 minutes walk from Valle Aurelia station and bus stops, taxi, tram and metro "A". 10 minutes walk from the Vatican Museums, the Sistine Chapel and Saint Peter’s Basilica.
The space
Nice apartment in a noble setting with all the comforts for every type of traveller. Located in the center of Rome, in one of the most important areas of the city. You will find in the area many typical restaurants and bars, a supermarket 300 meters away. At your disposal, free Netflix and super fast WiFi throughout the house and a welcome kit.
The elegant entrance corridor is connected to all rooms of the apartment, living room, the two bedrooms, the bathroom and the kitchen.
Both rooms are equipped with anti-noise PVC windows to make the apartment quiet during the night, enjoys a view of the park of Monte Ciocci and the urban panorama, curtains and blinds to cover the sunlight and portable fans. In both rooms there is a comfortable double bed and SmartTV included Netflix (free). Mobile with storage space for suitcases, clothes and personal items.

Guests have access to the entire apartment and to get in, you have to get to Valle Aurelia Station in Rome and once there you need to walk 5 minutes to reach the apartment. The station is easily accessible by TAXI, subway A, numerous buses such as 180F, 31, 490 and 495.
Other things to note
Inside the apartment smoking is not allowed but in case of need from the kitchen and the living room you will have access to two balconies where you can smoke. We are committed to respecting the environment by sorting waste and we ask guests to follow the easy instructions that will be provided for their management.
At check-in, each guest will be required to show their identity documents to allow the communications required according to the regulations of the Lazio region. And a short lease contract will be concluded between the parties, under penalty of nullity of the reservation.
