The property is situated on a half-acre in a quiet Vista neighborhood. The guest apartment is a private attached unit with free parking, a separate entrance, and a spacious side yard. The main residence is occupied, so you may see, hear, or encounter them, though they'll give you all the privacy you desire.

Guests are welcome to park in the dirt parking lot next to the driveway (about halfway down), and may use the side yard immediately next to the apartment entrance.
