Self check-in is available via a smart lock. You’ll receive your unique code 30 minutes before arrival.
Use of swimming:
guest will pay P150 per head/day for regular days, P300 per head/day during holidays

We’re happy to share that paid parking is available on-site through private owners. Just let us know ahead of time so we can assist you with arrangements.

SMDC Charm buildings offers 24/7 security with CCTV monitoring in lobbies and hallways. Elevator access is available, and stairs are well-lit and maintained for added convenience. Have own smoke detectors and fire extinguishers inside the unit.
