The space
Chácara Vale do Rei Arthur 3 was designed to offer maximum comfort and privacy. Our structure has 4 independent suites (chalet style), all equipped with:

📺 TV with Fire Stick (access your favorite streaming platforms).
🧊 Minibar for greater convenience.
🌬️ Ceiling fan for pleasant nights.
This setup is perfect for groups of friends or families traveling together, but who don't want to give up their own space and autonomy during their stay.
Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property during the stay. No areas are shared with other groups or with the owners.
Areas included in the access:
Accommodations: The 4 private chalets (all suites open to the group).
Aquatic Leisure: Heated (solar) pool with waterfall and whirlpool.
Sports: Private grass soccer field.
Living and Dining: Large covered gourmet area fully equipped with a full kitchen (stove, refrigerator and utensils), barbecue grill, TV with Fire Stick, pool table and foosball.
Parking: Ample interior space for several vehicles.
During your stay
We prioritize the total privacy of our guests, so you will have the farm exclusively for your group.
However, I will always be available to ensure your stay is perfect:
Communication: I am available via Airbnb chat to answer quick questions about how the house works or give tips about the Socorro region.
Local Support: In the event of any unforeseen technical issues, we have local support for quick resolution, ensuring that nothing disrupts your leisure.
Flexibility: If you need anything specific in the gourmet area or in the cottages, just get in touch!

We are always nearby to make sure everything works perfectly. If you need anything, you can contact us quickly and directly.
Linen: Remember to bring your bedding (sheets, pillowcases, and pillows) and bath/pool towels.
Heated Pool: Heating is solar and depends on the incidence of sun. To maintain the temperature, it is essential to use the thermal cover at night.
Rules of Coexistence: We respect the municipal law of silence after 10 p.m. Car stereos are not allowed at any time.
Garbage: We kindly ask you to bag the garbage and dispose of it in the containers indicated at the end of the stay.
