Tucked among the trees in the heart of Livingston Manor, Uzma Manor is a beautifully renovated three-level chalet featuring a private pool, wood-burning fireplace, and access to a peaceful private lake just a two-minute walk away. Whether you're looking for a cozy artist’s hideaway, a family getaway, or a work-from-home retreat, this home blends modern comfort with rustic charm.

This spacious and serene chalet offers 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and plenty of unique spaces to relax and recharge.

Outdoor Living

Pets
Dogs are welcome with prior approval. A $100 pet fee applies. Please message before booking if you plan to bring a dog.

– Cell service is limited; Verizon and AT&T hotspots work best (especially near the pool)
– No pool use after 10 PM
– No parties; this is a quiet and respectful neighborhood

There’s no shortage of things to do around Uzma Manor. Take the canoe out for a peaceful paddle on the lake, cast a line and enjoy some of the best fly fishing in the region, or explore the endless nearby hiking trails. Head into town to sample local brews at the popular Catskill Brewery or Upward Brewing Company, sip a glass of wine at Sunshine Colony, or enjoy wood-fired pizza and outdoor drinks at The Kaatskeller. Please note: Edgewood Lake is a non-motorized, private community lake. We kindly ask that you respect the privacy and quiet of nearby homeowners. There are no lifeguards on duty — use of the lake and pool is strictly at your own risk.

Pool Availability & Heating
The pool is open from Memorial Day Weekend through early October, weather permitting. No exceptions.
Pool heating is available for an additional fee. Please submit heating requests at least 48 hours in advance to ensure the pool is ready for use.
Check-In/Check-Out
Due to same-day guest turnovers, early check-ins and late check-outs are typically not possible.
Seasonal Pricing
Rates vary depending on the season. If you're looking to book more than two months in advance, please contact me directly to confirm current seasonal pricing.
Winter Travel Advisory
During the winter months, a four-wheel or all-wheel drive vehicle is strongly recommended. Roads can be snowy, and cars not equipped for winter conditions may get stuck.
