Surrounded by forests, berry trails, and close to Mulgimaa’s cultural gems, it’s the perfect retreat for couples, friends, or families.

The two-floor tiny house offers: double bed, two 80 cm beds, kitchen, WC & bathroom, conditioner and terrace overlooking our beautiful garden.

The space
Escape the noise and unwind in our unique forest hideaway – a brand-new tiny house surrounded by nature in Southern Estonia. Enjoy your morning coffee on the terrace, wander through the garden, and relax in complete peace and quiet. In the evenings, share a sunset dinner in the beautiful historical barn dining area next to the house.

The two-floor tiny house offers comfort in a compact space:

First floor: small but practical kitchen, WC & bathroom, and a 140 cm double bed.

Second floor: two 80 cm single beds, perfect for kids or friends.

Although located on the same territory as our family home, awarded “Most Beautiful Home in Mulgimaa 2024”, guests enjoy full privacy at their own retreat.

🌿 Nature lovers will enjoy walking in the surrounding forest and picking berries or mushrooms – with excellent chanterelle spots right nearby.
❄️ In winter, Southern Estonia’s skiing areas are within driving distance.
☀️ In summer, the region of Mulgimaa is full of activities – from visiting Wagenküll Castle and Karksi-Nuia, to exploring Tõrva or the cultural hub of Viljandi.

The area also carries a sense of history: once used as traditional hunting grounds, it now lies on the gentle slopes of Viljandi county, right next to the highest point of the Sakala uplands (Sakala kõrgustik). The name Uueküti (“new hunter”) connects our tiny house to these roots, while our family home, Vana-Küti (“old hunter”), preserves the legacy.

☀️ During summer, you may meet a few mosquitoes, but we provide repellent to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Guests of our tiny house are welcome to enjoy a small, peaceful pond on the property.

Guest access
Guests will have full private access to the Uueküti Tiny House, including the terrace, kitchen, bathroom, and sleeping areas. You are also welcome to enjoy the garden and the historical barn dining area, perfect for a sunset meal.

The surrounding forest is open for walks, berry and mushroom picking. While our family home is located on the same property, your tiny house is completely private, ensuring peace and comfort throughout your stay.
