Welcome to Urban LeShore Staycation, your stylish one-bedroom, one-bathroom condominium with a balcony (Makati skyline / sunrise view) located in Shore 2 Residences, right next to the Mall of Asia Complex.

We kindly ask that you indicate the correct number of guests at the time of booking so we can make the necessary preparations, such as towels and beddings, for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Only registered guests are permitted to enter the building.

The space

Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, ensuring a private and comfortable stay. Enjoy a spacious living area, a cozy bed, and a convenient kitchenette.

Additionally, you'll have access to the building's swimming pool (extra fee if opting in), 24/7 security and a welcoming lobby, ensuring a seamless experience from check-in to check-out.

To ensure a smooth check-in process, please provide the full names of all guests and their photo IDs prior to arrival.

You will be given a pin code to enter the unit, with a door that is equipped with digital lock. The door pin will be sent to you before your check-in time.

In case you’ll be needing a parking space during your stay with us, here are the parking options available:

✅ OPTION 1:
Shore 2 Residential Parking

Rate: 500/night

-Time: Valid only for your entire stay (check in to out date and time)
-Please inform us 3days before check in if you’re opting for this arrangemnt.
-Send OR/CR of your vehicle in advance to prepare Guest Autorization Form (GAF)
-Pay in advance before we process GAF
-Early use/extensions subject to availability


✅ OPTION 2:
Paid Parking infront of Tower 1

-No reservation allowed, availability not guaranteed
-Prices were verified on 12th of March 2026 and may be subject to change.

Rates:
For Vehicles:
- P50 for the first 4 hours
- P50 for every succeeding hour

For Motorcycles:
- P10 for up to 15 minutes
- P50 flat rate (from 6:00 AM to 1:30 AM)

Overnight Charges (1:30 AM - 6:00 AM):
- P300 + regular parking rates


SWIMMING POOLS
You may purchase pool vouchers from the building's admin office:
- 150 pesos/person- Regular days
- 300 pesos/person- Holiday



WASHING MACHINE
Please note that use of the washing machine within the unit is available at an additional cost. Alternatively, there are laundromats conveniently located nearby. Kindly be aware that these establishments are not affiliated with our Airbnb, so any inquiries or arrangements would need to be made directly by the guests with the respective establishments.
