Guest access
To ensure a smooth check-in process, please provide the full names of all guests and their photo IDs right after booking confirmation.

We will send you the door PIN code before your check-in time. Just enter this code into the digital keypad on the main door of unit to get inside.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, ensuring a private and comfortable stay.

The building features fantastic swimming pools for both adults and children to enjoy. Please note that pool access is available for an additional fee.

🚗 PARKING
In case you’ll be needing a parking space during your stay with us, here are the parking options available:

Rate: 500/night

-Valid only for your entire stay (check in to out date and time)
-Please inform us 3 days before check in if you’re opting for this arrangemnt.
-Send OR/CR of your vehicle in advance to prepare Guest Autorization Form (GAF)
-Pay in advance before we process GAF
-Early use/extensions subject to availability

➡️ OPTION 2: Paid Parking infront of Tower 1

Rates:
For Vehicles:
- P50 for the first 4 hours
- P50 for every succeeding hour

For Motorcycles:
- P10 for up to 15 minutes
- P50 flat rate (from 6:00 AM to 1:30 AM)

Overnight Charges (1:30 AM - 6:00 AM):
- P300 + regular parking rates

-No reservation allowed, availability not guaranteed
