Guest access
Guests will have full access to the entire condo unit during their stay, including the living area, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. Additionally, guests can enjoy exclusive access to the building's amenities such as the swimming pool, and parks. You'll have everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the heart of the City of San Jose Del Monte.
Other things to note
1. Check-in and Check-out: Check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00NN. Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated based on availability, so please inquire in advance.
2. Parking: There is a parking fee of 40 pesos for the first 3 hours
If you plan to bring a vehicle, please let us know in advance so we can provide parking instructions.
3. House Manual: Upon booking confirmation, you'll receive a detailed house manual with essential information about the condo, building amenities, check-in instructions, and local recommendations.
4. Additional Guests: The maximum occupancy for our condo is 2 people. Please ensure the number of guests matches the reservation, as additional fees may apply for extra guests.
5. Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our condo unless approved in advance. Please reach out to us if you have any special requests or considerations regarding this policy.
6. Smoking Policy: Our condo is strictly non-smoking. Smoking is prohibited inside the unit and on the balcony. Guests who violate this policy may be subject to additional cleaning fees.
7. Accessibility: Our condo is accessible via stairs and elevators. If you have any specific accessibility needs, please let us know, and we'll do our best to accommodate them.
