Enjoy a fully private pool with 4 aircon rooms, aircon living room, perfect for family bonding, wedding preparations and intimate gatherings without leaving Quezon City.
Moderate drinking is allowed but our house is not fit for loud parties with excessive noise and disturbance to neighbors.
Videoke and loud voices are not allowed 8pm to 9am so as not to disturb the community.

• Dining essentials for up to 30 guests (CLAYGO policy applies)
• Water dispenser with 2 free 5-gal containers
• Cooler provided (bring your own ice)
• Charcoal grill available (uling for sale P25)

• 2 parking slots inside + 2 street parking

• Indoor videoke in the basement (YT Premium)
• Quiet Hours: 8:00 PM–9:00 AM
• JBL speaker and microphones must stay indoors
• PS4 (add P500 / 5 hours, pls request in advance)
• Please keep daytime noise at a reasonable level out of respect for neighbors

• No generator available. If a power outage causes guests to end their stay early, a prorated refund may be considered.
