air-conditioning on the room working ,washing machine (wash &dry ) ,can cook meal everyday .Feel free to feel at home.
to maintain the cleanliness we clean the room once a week ,the schedule depends on your availability and we give one time cleaning for free( one time only) but you need to inform us the schedule for cleaning if you wish .
RFID -Take note Only one elevator access card will be given to guest /Visitors upon arrival /staying .
Please return on the place where you pick up when you came in (No return or loss /damages RFID card or access card will be penalized 100 USD )
Keys :
Please take care of the Maindoor key of the property if incase lost , Guest or visitors should pay 100 USD or Replace new One- (Guest or visitors shoulder the fee ) .No pet allowed on this property .
Parking :
No Free Parking ,If you need just inform and will give you slot but subject for availability .
If you wish then there is a pay parking on the basement 2 just inform the entrance parking guard that you want to park at payparking basement 2 of the building .
Guest access
Guest or visitors can access swimming pool free for 3 pax only excess will pay 500 per head at the building admin by scanning QR Code for payment .Yoga room free , basket ball court-100 peso fee per unit /room but
need to book at the lobby for reservation.
Please Note :
Guest or visitors can only access pool during Tuesday to Friday only as building policy excluding Week end and Holidays .
Monday closed for cleaning
Week end or Holidays For Resident Only .
Gym - Can be use by guest or visitors only if stay for Longterm minimum 6months stay on the building as building policy .
Special Request is subject for Aproval by the Building PMO .
Visitor/ Guest must respect what is the policy of the building implemented by the building PMO .

Take Note :
name or companion of guest /visitors is needed to mention or message to the host after booking or please send your ID for indorsement to the front desk on duty.
Unregistered guest or visitors not allowed to enter the premises with out endorsement as building policy.
So If you have plan to have a guest / Visitors coming on the day of your stay ,you have to inform us in advance for us to endorse to the frontdesk or building Administration .
