3BD/2BA apartment right in the heart of Upper Fremont, perfect for up to 3 couples. Primary Bedroom has super cute bay windows overlooking Fremont Ave. Right out the door you have everything you need: cafe, bar, grocer, Cuban sandwich shop, bookstore, noodle spot, upscale seafood, music shop, music venue... and that's all literally on this block. You'll LOVE this cool apartment and being right above great retail shops and restaurants.

Other things to note
There are 20 stairs up to the apartment from the main entrance. They are over 100 years old so they may be a little steeper than you're used to. There is a handrail.

Free street parking! Most side streets are free and unrestricted. Right out front on Fremont Ave is a combination of free, 1 or 2hr limit, and no parking… otherwise it’s pretty easy. Don't expect to park right out front - you may have to circle the block, but you'll likely find a spot within one block.

Washer/Dryer shared with neighboring apartment.
