• Laundry room available on site.
• Children’s amenities provided, including high chair, playpen, plates, and cups.
• Dog bowls available.
• Motorcycles are not allowed inside the Wolf Laurel community per HOA rules.
• Security cameras installed outside the house.
• Renter Agreement: Guests are required to sign within 24 hours of booking. For reservations made less than 48 hours before check-in, the agreement must be signed within 4 hours. Check-in instructions will not be provided until the agreement is signed.
This is the detail of rental agreement:
Maximum occupancy must not exceed the number listed in the booking unless pre-approved. No parties, events, or large/non-family groups without prior approval.
No subletting or assigning the reservation. Violations may result in immediate eviction without refund.
The host may enter the property for inspection, maintenance, or repairs when necessary (with notice when possible).
Airbnb’s cancellation policy applies.
A $300 security deposit hold may be placed prior to arrival and released after checkout if no damage occurs. Guests are responsible for any damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Pets are only allowed with prior approval. Unauthorized pets may result in eviction without refund.
Please notify the host of the number of children in your group.
No refunds for temporary issues (e.g., appliances, utilities, weather, or external conditions beyond host control).
Guests are responsible for lost/damaged items, excess cleaning, and misuse of amenities (e.g., hot tub/pool).
Use of all amenities and recreational equipment is at your own risk. Guests assume responsibility for themselves and their group.
The primary guest must be 21+ and is responsible for all occupants and compliance with house rules.
• Security Deposit: Up to $300, processed by Host on Guest’s credit card.
• Minimum age to rent: 21.
• House rules: No smoking, no parties/events, do not move furniture, do not add soap/chemicals to the hot tub, no fires per HOA, outside lights turn off automatically at 11 PM.
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.

❄️ Winter & Driveway Information
Our cabin is tucked up on a peaceful hillside, offering beautiful mountain views — and a touch of adventure getting there!
Like most homes in Wolf Laurel, our driveway is steep. The driveway will be plowed for check-in, but fresh or heavy snow may require a long, steep walk uphill.
Good to know:
• Arrive during daylight for easier navigation.
• Park at the bottom of the driveway in snowy weather to avoid getting snowed in.
• 4WD or AWD vehicles are strongly recommended in snow or rain.
• Sled provided to help carry luggage.
• Guests are responsible for towing if vehicles get stuck.
• Check weather forecasts before and during your stay.
• We recommend trip insurance to cover any unforeseen events.
