Guests have full access to the entire condo, ensuring a private and comfortable beachfront stay. Enjoy all the modern amenities, breathtaking Gulf views, and the convenience of being just steps from the sand.
Other things to note
Renters must be at least 25 years old to book this condo. Sandpiper Cove enforces this policy and will check IDs at the gate upon arrival. Please see below for the rules and regulations of Sandpiper Cove Condominiums and the beaches. Sandpiper Cove will enforce these rules and regulations.
Summary of Rules and Regulations
· Property speed limit is 15 MPH. Please watch out for children.
· Tents and canopies are not allowed on the beach.
· No clothing, towels or other items may be hung over balcony or porch railings.
· A valid parking pass should be always displayed in your vehicle.
· No parking allowed on grass or in front of dumpsters.
· No gas or charcoal grill use allowed at condos. Charcoal grills are located at several locations on property for your convenience.
· Parking spaces marked by signage are reserved for restaurant patrons between 4:30 pm-11:00 pm.
· All watercraft and trailers should be pre-registered prior to arrival. Insurance and registration are mandatory.
· No watercraft or trailers are to be stored on property unless they will fully fit under your condo.
· Dispose of all household trash in dumpsters. Please make other arrangements for fish cleaning debris and leave no trash bags on porches or driveways
· Familiarize yourself with beach warning flags. Swim at your own risk. No life guards.
· Pets are not allowed at pools, on beach or on golf course.
· Glass containers are not allowed at pools or beach.
· Pool hours are 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. Please shower before entering pools. Use at your own risk.
· Golf course hours are from 8:00 am to sunset.
· Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 08:00 am, but please be always considerate of your neighbor.
The above policies have been established for the well-being of our owners and guests. All rules will be enforced, and violations could lead to loss of deposit, additional financial responsibility and/or eviction. This is a summary of some key points. The Association reserves the right to enforce additional rules and regulations it may have in place.

We would like to take this opportunity to welcome you and ask your cooperation in complying with our Rules & Regulations which you will find on the front and back of this page. These rules are intended to enhance everyone’s experience here, so please respect your fellow guests and understand that in a multifamily community, we must be a bit more sensitive to our impact on our neighbor’s quality of life.
The Association has put into place rules that govern our tenants and guests as well as owners.
· Owners & guest are limited to two (2) vehicles per unit. Excluded from this rule are three (3) bedroom units, Villas, and those units with covered parking.
· All tenants occupying a unit must be twenty-five (25) years of age or older, unless related by family which then requires only one of the parties to be over twenty-five (25). Everyone claiming to be over twenty-five (25) must present proof in form of a photo ID during check in. Exceptions may be allowed with Sandpiper Cove management approval.
If you intend to have visitors, please call the Gatehouse before their arrival so that we may place their information in our Expected Guest Log. When calling, please have ready your visitor’s name, arrival date and departure date. During times of peak traffic please call after settling into your unit, as it may be difficult for us to take this information at the gate. Only the Registered Guest staying in the unit may call in visitors. If the Gatehouse has not been notified prior to your visitor’s arrival, they may not be permitted on the property.
For your safety, while walking to and from the beach, please use the Pedestrian Gates on the west side of the intersection. The vehicle entrance and exit gates are for VEHICLE USE ONLY.
