Very nice bright, elegant, designated and clean apartment of 100 m2 located on the 5th floor of an ideally located residence with large south-facing terrace of 60 m2 with views of the sea and the port. 150 meters from the sea and 200 meters from shops (Super U; Picard; Bike Loc, etc.).
The apartment of 100 m2 +60 m2 of terrace is in the heart of a quiet and secure residence (digicodes) in the city center of La Grande Motte and 100 meters from the beach. This one is fully equipped with electric shutters to ensure all the desired freshness and darkness.
The composition of the apartment is as follows:
- A large 60 m² south-facing terrace where you will find Frank Gehry garden furniture, ideal for a drink as well as an outdoor table for 8 to 10 people with an electric barbecue with Weber plancha. Terrace with panoramic views of the harbor and the sea on which you can taste local specialties on the plancha.
- A new kitchen (December 2023) fully equipped with dishwasher, induction cooktop, steam oven, wine cellar, microwave, kettle, a toaster, a Nespresso coffee machine as well as all the cooking utensils you will need to cook!
- A first bedroom or master suite bathed in light composed of a king size bed of 180/200 cm or 2 beds of 90/200 cm with a built-in dressing room of 2m80 . Direct access to the first bathroom equipped with a beautiful shower and double sinks. Separate toilet. Access to the bedroom terrace.
- A second bedroom in which you will find 3 single beds, 2 of 90 cm/190 cm and 1 of 80 cm/190 cm as well as a dressing table.
- A third bedroom consisting of a large king size bed of 180/200 cm or 2 beds of 90/200 cm with direct access to the apartment's second bathroom. This small, well-maintained bathroom features a shower and sink. This room contains a dressing room and a desk.
- The 2 toilets are separated from the bedrooms and bathrooms.
- A cellar in which you will find the washing machine and dryer at your disposal, a combi oven (microwave/oven) and storage spaces and ironing board.
A folding cot and baby high chair
You will also have at your disposal: an iron, all household items (vacuum cleaner, broom, mop...) Free public parking spaces are located nearby (port and near supermarkets).
Towels, sheets, tea towels and bath mats are provided. Beach towels.

The apartment is on the 5th floor, accessible by elevator. PLEASE NOTE: SOME STEPS BETWEEN THE GROUND FLOOR AND THE ELEVATOR AND THE ELEVATOR AND THE 5TH FLOOR.
Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by our representative who will give you the keys and have you sign the entry inventory, as well as when you leave, and who will ensure that your stay goes smoothly. NO parking at the residence. Paid street parking and free "Port Ouest" parking.
Other things to note
You will have access to the entire accommodation, however for security reasons and due to the co-ownership regulations, a second gravel terrace of the same surface area (in front of the 1st terrace and separated by a barrier) is said to be inaccessible and strictly prohibited from access (padlock in place)
