It is a very quiet residential neighborhood.If you want to check in after 21:00, please contact us by message in advance, as it will cause inconvenience to you if you live in the neighborhood.Please be quiet to check in after 9 pm to be considerate of the neighbors.

The cleaning staff will come after 10am.If you are not able to check out after 10am, we will charge a penalty of 3,000 yen per extra time of 15 minutes.
About smoking
Absolutely no smoking inside, including e-cigarettes.If we find out that you smoke in the room, we will charge you 50,000 yen for special cleaning.
Smoking is only allowed in the outside passageway, please use the ashtray provided next to the outdoor unit.Please smoke quietly after 9 pm.
Accommodating guests for consecutive nights
Towels and sheets will not be changed during your stay, so please wash and use them at the laundromat at your desired time.
We do not accept cleaning during your stay.

Please adhere to the following rules as well.Violators may be charged a fine.
1. If you use it inappropriately and get too dirty, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee.
2. If we find any missing or damaged supplies, we may have to charge you for the cost.
3. If anyone other than the guest is confirmed to enter the room, we will charge an additional fee of 10,000 yen per person.(We will check the number of guests with security cameras in front of the entrance)
4. Please sort your trash as described in the trash can.
5. Please wash the dishes and utensils used.
6. Smoking only allow on outside building side walkway.Smoking in the room is strictly prohibited.If smoke is detected, we will charge you 50,000yen for the special cleaning cost in the building.
7. Please contact us for early check-in, late check-out.
8. Forgotten items cannot be shipped overseas.You can only pay by cash on delivery in Japan.In that case, you will be charged a shipping fee of 2500 yen separately from the actual cost of the shipping fee.
9. We cannot accept disposal of large garbage such as suitcases.In the unlikely event that you leave and return home, you will be charged 10,000 yen as a disposal fee.
10. Please do not leave furniture outdoors.
