Tucked away in a centrally located neighborhood, you'll sleep well on the memory foam mattresses; eat well with home-cooked meals (full kitchen) or at delicious, nearby local restaurants; & work well in the bright office with blazing-fast internet.

Just minutes from Barksdale AFB, Centenary, downtown, and casinos. Within 5 miles of Ochsner's LSU Health, WK-Pierremont, and the VA. Most other places in SBC are within 20 min via I-20, I-49, or Clyde Fant Parkway.

The space
This home has stunning natural light. Open the blinds, pull back the curtains, and bask in the radiant warmth of the sun's light - a sure way to make the days of your visit brighter.

The kitchen has lots of counter space for all of your cooking utensils (provided) and workstations. It features plenty of room to cook and conversate while others watch TV in the living room or work in the office. The stainless steel refrigerator, oven/stove. and dishwasher create a clean and crisp look.

The office has LOTS of windows, providing perhaps the most natural light in the house - ideal for those long-slog days of work behind the computer. But, coupled with our blazing-fast internet, this room may ease some of the burdens of that remote work.

The main bedroom features a king-sized bed, a full closet, and room for a pack-n-play.

The second bedroom is smaller but still has enough room for a queen-sized bed and a full closet (no room for a pack-n-play.)

The bathroom has a full tub/shower combo, high-efficiency toilet, custom vanity, and some essentials for getting ready: curling iron, blow dryer, makeup mirror.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire property except shed in backyard and closet in laundry room.

This home is tucked away in a centrally located neighborhood, minutes from Barksdale AFB, the VA hospital, Centenary College, downtown, and riverboat casinos. Within 15 minutes of Independent stadium, Ochsner's LSU Health, and Willis-Knighton hospitals. 10 minutes to Whole Foods, Target, Kroger, 5 minutes to Walmart, and just about everywhere else in Shreveport Bossier City within 15 to 20 minutes thanks to quick access to I-20 and Shreveport’s Clyde Fant parkway.
