This is a 70-year-old Japanese house in Heda, Numazu City, Nishiizu.
It is a rustic old house full of nostalgia.
It is a 1-minute walk to the calm sea, where you can enjoy the spectacular sunset.
Mt. Fuji can be seen from Mihama Cape, which is a 5-minute drive away,
There are several seafood and crab restaurants nearby, as well as cafes and bars with great views.
Convenience store is a 3-minute walk, and day-use hot spring is a 3-minute drive.

uminca is a 70-year-old folk house located in Heda, Numazu, Nishiizu. It's an old building, so it's not convenient, but it has a nostalgic atmosphere of old Japan. Come and enjoy the calm sea and the wonderful sunset.
The space
1st floor: 3 Japanese-style rooms, rim side, kitchen, bath, toilet, entrance hall, garden, parking lot
2nd floor: 2 Western-style rooms (renovated to flooring.Please refer to the bedroom photo)
The first floor is all tatami mat rooms, and there are three Japanese-style rooms, a kitchen and a bath where you can relax together.Especially the edge side is comfortable, please spend while drinking coffee or tea on a sunny day. The second floor is renovated and the bedroom of the flooring becomes two rooms.
The main bedroom will be a flooring room on the second floor, one with two single beds and one with a double bed for up to four people. For 5 to 6 people, you can use up to two sets of futons in the Japanese-style room on the first floor.
There is a room for digging, so there is also a set of desktop electric stove and pot, a rice cooker, etc. so that you can buy ingredients and spend while doing pots etc. with everyone.Please feel free to use the refrigerator, dishes, kitchen, microwave, toaster, etc.
The bath is a deep type of old-fashioned stainless steel, and there is also a chase cooking function, so you can warm up slowly.Of course, the hot springs of the day trip are also close to you.
There is also a washing machine with a simple drying function, so please use it when you stay for a long time or washing clothes in the sea.
The first floor is a tatami room with 3 Japanese-style rooms, a kitchen, and a bath. The ENGAWA is very comfortable, and on sunny days, try drinking coffee or tea. The second floor will be renovated to have two flooring bedrooms.
There are two main bedrooms on the second floor. Two single beds and one double bed can sleep up to 4 people. For 5 or 6 people, please lay a futon in the Japanese-style room on the 1st floor.
The kitchen includes a refrigerator, tableware, microwave and toaster. Feel free to use it.

BBQ rentals are currently paused because of the inconvenience to the neighborhood.
・古い建物のため、構造上、音が外に漏れやすくなっております。近隣には住宅もございますので、ご迷惑にならぬよう夜間の大声や騒音はくれぐれもご遠慮ください。
・昔ながらの木製サッシのため、風が強い日はサッシとガラスがガタガタと音を立てる場合がございます。
・地方の小さな町ですので、近隣の飲食店は夜は夕方頃に閉まる店もございます。特に平日はお休みのお店もございますので、事前にお店にお問い合わせいただくなどが安心です。
・当施設は台所、調理器具、調味料などはご自由にご利用いただけます。
街に小さなスーパー、コンビニやドラッグストアはございますが、自炊や鍋などを予定される場合、食材はあらかじめ買い物を済ませてお越しいただいたほうが安心です。セブンイレブンは徒歩3分、ドラッグストアは徒歩7分にございますので必要なもののお買い物に便利です。

・ Because it is a small town, some restaurants in the neighborhood close in the evening. Some shops are closed on weekdays, so it is safe to contact the shop in advance.
・ You can freely use the kitchen, cooking utensils, seasonings, etc. at this facility.
There are small supermarkets, convenience stores and drug stores in the city, but if you want to cook your own meals or cook a hot pot, it is safe to buy the ingredients in advance. Seven-Eleven is a 3-minute walk, and the drug store is a 7-minute walk, so it is convenient for shopping for what you need.
