Other things to note
Very quiet, secure residence next to the city police station and video protection in the common area. The guard can intervene 24 hours a day in case of disturbances and noise.
Prohibitions and recommendations below:
(1)- It is strictly forbidden to organize parties or gatherings, no noise. In case of conflict and/or complaint, the guard will intervene 24/7, and we reserve the right to evict guests causing the trouble,
(2)- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation. The smoke detector and also Monoxide detector (TÜV and EN14604 certified) are connected, all its notifications can be consulted remotely at any time,
(3)- Please respect the tranquility of the neighborhood within your entrance/exit in the building, do not make noise in the evening after 10 p.m. and before 8 a.m. in the morning,
(4)- Please respect the new accommodation, do not move the furniture and the tranquility of the building,
(5) - Please turn off the lights, TV when you leave the accommodation, do not let the water run unnecessarily, and do not leave doors and windows open for long if you use the heater,
(6)- For any non-compliance with the rules, the contract will be void and the deposit will be taken. In case of breakage, loss or damage please report it during your trip.
