Full exclusive access to the entire estate, pool and Master King Suite. The second bedroom remains locked to keep your cleaning costs lower.
3–4 Guests (Families & Groups)
To unlock the second bedroom, simply enter the correct number of guests when booking. The additional guest fee applies automatically.

We believe in giving you complete peace of mind. We never host two different guest bookings at the same time. Regardless of whether you book for 1 guest or 4 guests, the entire villa, private infinity pool, and grounds are exclusively yours alone.
Our pricing is tiered based on group size to give smaller groups a better rate:
Couples / Solo Travelers (1-2 Guests): Enjoy exclusive access to the entire estate, the pool, living spaces, and the Master King Suite. To keep cleaning costs lower for you, the second bedroom will remain locked during your stay.
Families / Groups (3-4 Guests): To unlock the second bedroom (the two single beds), simply enter the correct total number of guests when submitting your reservation. A nominal additional guest fee will automatically apply to the total.

1. Booking & Bedroom Access PolicyThe base listed price covers exclusive occupancy of the entire villa estate for 1 to 2 guests, with access to the Master Bedroom only.
If your group has 3 to 4 guests, or if a duo wishes to utilize both separate bedrooms, please ensure you enter the correct total number of guests in your booking layout. The system will automatically calculate the additional guest fee and unlock the second bedroom.
