Visitor Policy

You're welcome to invite visitors during your stay. A ₱200 visitor fee per guest applies. For everyone's comfort and in compliance with building regulations, the unit can accommodate a maximum of 6 people at any one time, including registered guests and visitors.

Mobile Signal & Internet

Please note that this is an inner unit, so mobile signal for SMART/TNT may be weaker in certain areas. Globe/TM generally provides better reception within the unit.

No worries if you're working or streaming—we provide 100 Mbps fiber Wi-Fi, offering a fast and reliable internet connection throughout your stay.

Other things to note
The unit is an inner unit, so some areas may have weaker SMART/TNT mobile signals. GLOBE/TM signals are stronger, and there is a reliable Wi-Fi connection of up to 100 Mbps.

Please remove your shoes upon entering the unit. Any hard-to-remove stains or soiling requiring deep cleaning may result in additional charges to the guest.

Our unit operates on a CLAYGO (Clean As You Go) basis, so please leave the unit in the same condition as you found it upon check-in. For stays longer than five days, we are happy to provide one complimentary upkeep cleaning.
