Guest access
You will have access to 2 bedrooms for 2 guest and above. You will also have access to the entire kitchen, living room, dining area, and bathroom to yourselves.
If you would like to invite guests, there is a guest fee of 200php per guest, the unit can only allow a maximum of 6 pax including the booker.
PLEASE NOTE: The unit is an inner unit, and there may be spots where a SMART/TNT signal is low. GLOBE/TM has a stronger signal, however, there is an internet WIFI connection of up to 100 Mbps.

Our unit operates on a CLAYGO (Clean As You Go) basis, so please leave the unit in the same condition as you found it upon check-in. For stays longer than five days, we are happy to provide one complimentary upkeep cleaning.
