You will have access to the Garden Level 1 BR suite that accommodates one guest, modern kitchen with quartz counter tops, dishwasher, mostly new appliances, washer dryer, private bath, Living Room with Large Screen TV and fireplace, plus a 32” Smart TV in bedroom. Deck. Free Wifi.

Rental disclaimer + Government Issued Photo ID is required for individual making reservation and again at Check-In. Breakfast is not provided (Catering Available$). If you need to access your private space late at night or earlier than planned (CDT-CST), please let me know ahead of time so I can make arrangements, if possible. Even though this property is keyless entry, I may or may not issue keys. Lost Keys/keys out-of-your-possession, you are responsible for the expense to re-key home. Sorry, I do not accommodate any individuals with special medical needs, because it's too overwhelming for me.
