Tyddyn Seffra is a traditional stone farmhouse with stunning views of the Mawddach estuary and iconic Barmouth bridge. Comfortably sleeps 7 but can accommodate 8. Fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Cosy sitting room with log burning stove. Outside seating area and off road parking. Ideal base for families, cyclists and walkers looking to explore the Snowdonia National Park. It's rural location with beautiful surroundings make the perfect setting for a relaxing retreat.

Tyddyn Seffra has four bedrooms, two large double rooms, one small double room (bed accessed from one side) one twin room (bunk beds). Two shower rooms. Fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Integrated fridge with ice box. Cosy sitting room with log burning stove. Freeview smart tv with built in DVD player. Board games and DVDs stored under tv. Large parking area in front of house. Outside dining and seating area. Lean-to shed (ideal for hanging wet suits and store beach gear) where you will find logs and kindling for the fire, outdoor games and bbq.

Tyddyn Seffra is accessed by a single lane road with passing places. Tarmac turns to a gravel track for a short distance.
