Welcome to our much‑loved family holiday home. This cottage has been in our family for years, and we’ve spent countless summers watching the waves, spotting dolphins in the bay, or enjoying mornings with the windows open to the sound of the sea. We’re delighted to share it with guests who want a relaxed, comfortable break by the water.

Whether you’re here for long beach days, coastal walks, wildlife spotting, or simply to switch off, we hope our cottage gives you all the happiness it gives us.

The space
The cottage sits on a quiet road overlooking the Harbour, the beach and Cardigan Bay - the views have to be seen to be believed, and are the first thing everyone comments on.

It’s bright, cosy, and set up with everything we’ve ever needed for family holidays, from a fully equipped kitchen to comfy bedrooms and plenty of space to unwind after a day exploring.

What Makes It Special
- The sea views from the living room and bedrooms (you can genuinely spot dolphins from the window)
- A peaceful location with no through traffic
- Just a short stroll to local shops, cafés, and the harbour
- Miles of coastal paths right from the doorstep
- A simple, relaxed home that’s easy to settle into

Guest access
Guests have the whole cottage to themselves. Self check‑in is available via a lockbox, so you can arrive at your own pace. The beach, coastal paths, and village amenities are all within easy walking distance.

The cottage sleeps up to six people across three bedrooms, each with its own character and plenty of natural light. It’s ideal for families, couples travelling together, or anyone who wants a comfortable base by the sea.

the steps in the back garden up to the seating area are very steep. please be mindful of this if booking with children or guests with limited mobility.

Other things to note
Our cottage is located in the heart of New Quay on very quiet terraced road with on street parking making it ideal. New Quay is a charming seaside town built on the hillside. Like many properties in the area, access involves steep roads and steps, and our garden is reached via a flight of steps straight from the kitchen. This is part of the character of New Quay and is typical throughout the town.

The elevated position rewards guests with the unique charm and views that make New Quay so special. However, if you have limited mobility or find hills and steps difficult, our cottage may not be the most suitable choice for your stay.

If parking on the road outside the cottage isn't available (although this is very rare) there are also 2x pay and display car parks within a short walk (250m)

Due to rising costs, and repeated mis-use, unfortunately we do not provide any towels, we hope you understand, so please ensure you bring your own towels with you.
