The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Available Malls nearby SM North Edsa, Trinoma, Vertis North. Some fast food also available in the vicinity.
The unit is also located at 8th floor facing amenity. You will wake in the morning and have coffee in the balcony while enjoying the amenity view. If you are looking for spacious place this would right one.
The space
Our unit can accommodate up to 6 guest. However, only 5 can use the amenity as per the management of the building.
You will enjoy our spacious and modern unit 2 bedroom with balcony facing pool amenity. It is also located at 8th floor not high for your to stay.
Bedroom one has double size bed, while masters bedroom has a queen size bed. And we have sofa bed in the living room.
Guest access
POOL USE:
An extra charge of PHP150.00 per guest needs to be paid and apply on the day of use.
GYM USE:
PHP 150.00 per head per day Please note that this is a separate apart from the initial booking. Billing and admin schedule:
Monday to friday 9am to 5pm except holidays
Saturday 9am to 12noon
Sunday closed
The use of exclusive bridgeway directly to and from SM North Mall will require you to present your IDs and/or Gate Pass Copy (always bring the copy with you.)
Other things to note
Parking: Please coordinate to us if you want to use our parking.
Please note that only light cooking is allowed in the unit. Strong causing odor and smelly frying (eg. fist, daing, tuyo, etc) is not allowed.
Please treat our home as your home. It's not a hotel. We encourage every guest to clean/make up the room and segregate trash on the provided garbage bags to check out to maintain cleanliness to avoid pest and insects inside.
You must also acknowledge that any damages caused during your
stay will be liable and charge to you.
