The perfect villa for your next getaway to Coffs Harbour. Nestled in a quiet and central neighborhood, you’ll find everything you need to make yourself at home. Sunny and bright with grassed courtyard. A short walk away from Park Beach, Coffs Foreshores, and the buzzing jetty strip.

The space
The home is a fully furnished open plan villa that makes the most of a beautiful quaint setting. The kitchen and living room are bright, sunny and meticulously clean, perfect for families and couples alike. The villa is equipped with aircon, TV, free WIFI and fetch TV. The kitchen has all your cooking necessities including a pantry of staples, tea and a Nespresso. A herb garden just outside the kitchen/dining area.

There are 3 separate bedrooms including a master queen with tv, a double and a king single / study. Quality linen and towels are provided.

The bathroom contains Thankyou brand products.
There is an outdoor courtyard opening up from the dining space that catches plenty of sun.
The property is pet friendly. Pets are welcome during your stay, however they must remain outside. Guests are responsible for their pets at all times.
The outdoor area is fully fenced and secure.
A great play area for kids.

Our villa is located a short drive to the Big Banana Coffs Harbour's most famous tourist attraction. The Dolphin Marine Conservation park is nearby with daily dolphin shows and you can even swim with the dolphins. Located an easy 10 minute walk away. On Sunday morning the local produce market is held at the Coffs Jetty foreshores. A leisurely 15 minute walk. The Coffs creek picnic area (Friday night market held here) with children’s playground is also a 10 minute walk away.
