Enjoy a magical experience by staying in a 15th-century building, in a charming and functional loft full of precious details, including the splendid vaulted ceiling. You will be immersed in an evocative atmosphere, in close contact with the world of art and craftsmanship.

The space
The Twins' Boboli House is a loft converted from an old artisan restoration workshop, recently renovated and furnished with stylish items, restored by the owners.
The loft is 110 sqm, fully covered by WiFi network with heating and air conditioning, smoke and gas detector and fire extinguisher.
The accommodation is located on the ground floor, in an ancient 15th-century Renaissance building, in Via Romana opposite the famous Boboli Gardens, one minute from Palazzo Pitti, five minutes from Ponte Vecchio and fifteen from Piazza del Duomo. When you enter the loft, you won't even feel like you're in the center, because it overlooks a quiet garden. Inside you will find a large living room with TV and relaxation area. From the living room you can access a private loggia overlooking the garden, equipped with a coffee table and chairs where you can relax and enjoy the beauty of the place.
The loft consists of two bedrooms, a master bedroom and a double bedroom (with the possibility of making it a master bedroom and using a possible baby cot, if required) and a double sofa bed located in the living room. The rooms are equipped with hangers, where you will find bath and bed linens
The living room has vaulted ceilings with 18th-century decorations and you can admire the painting of the Sun God Apollo on his chariot pulled by four horses. The rooms have no ceiling, so you will enjoy this beauty even when lying in bed.
The kitchen, located in a particular oval room with a ceiling also decorated with figures of dancing cherubs, is furnished with a large oval table and fully equipped (induction cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, American coffee machine, moka, toaster). From the kitchen you can access the bathroom (toilet, bidet, sink and shower) and a large outdoor porch where you will find the laundry area (with washer and dryer).

Guest access
Guests have exclusive use of all rooms in the apartment and a private loggia. The loggia (where the laundry is located) is shared with the owners.

Other things to note
Upon arrival, each guest must show their government-issued ID to complete the required declaration to the competent authorities.

Check-in from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., check-out by 10:00 a.m. Arrivals at other times will be agreed in advance with the owners. Minimum stay: two nights.

Hello! We are two sisters, THE TWINS. We do the restorers at our "Bottega di Restauro Annalena" that deals with the conservation and restoration of art objects. This passion we also tried to convey it to the loft, where you can admire some restored objects by us and breathe the "shop life".
