Completed in 2023, this custom-built home is inspired by the traditional merchant saltbox style, featuring elegant bow windows and charming doghouse dormers. Designed with intention, every element maximizes the panoramic ocean views while offering sheltered outdoor spaces on all sides — perfect for enjoying the sea breeze, no matter which way the wind blows. Interior colors like “Serenity” and “Ocean Air” reflect the surrounding sea and sky, creating a peaceful, light-filled retreat. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light and frame the ever-changing coastal landscape
