A kitchenette stocked with all the essentials you will need for your stay including Fridge/Freezer, Microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, iron and board.
A breakfast bar with two comfortable adjustable stools .
Sofa for relaxing , T.V and internet.
The studio also has a ceiling fan.
A/C is also available if required at an extra charge payable on arrival.
Double wardrobes and a safe.
The bathroom is fitted with a rain head shower, sink and vanity unit .
Private patio with table and chairs for alfresco dining , Adirondack chairs for reading that novel or just relaxing in the hammock .
Guests also have their own private garden with sunbeds, Avocado, pomegranate, banana and coconut trees.
And if lucky may even get to see Red and Bluey the house Turtles .

Guest access
Guests have their own private studio, with table and chairs and a hammock plus a beautiful garden area with sun loungers.
We also have avocado, pomegranate and banana trees so if in season your sorted for breakfast.
Guests have there own private entrance from the drive where they have plenty of free parking space if they are renting a car.
Only registered guests are allowed in the apartment or on the premises.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
If your stay is a duration of 7 days or more we will supply you with fresh Linen/Bedding and Towels .
We also supply you with some cleaning products in case of spills 😊

The apartment has a ceiling fan and also a netted window .
A/C is also available at an extra fee of (30BBD) per night if required, to be paid on arrival at the property.

We supply you with a complimentary starter pack which includes toilet paper, kitchen roll, garbage bags, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap and washing up liquid etc just to get you going and then you can replenish yourselves from the local supermarket which is a 2 minute walk from the property if needed.

Other things to note
Guests to be advised we have electric gates
Which require a gate fob.
If you are renting a car for your vacation you will need this to get in and out of the property.
We do take a cash deposit on arrival for this of BBD 150 to cover loss or damage which will be returned to you at the end of your stay.
