The space
Enjoy your morning coffee on the patio with a view of the woods, cook breakfast in our fully-stocked kitchen, then hit the trail in less than 20 seconds from your door. Or just plan a relaxing day chilling, watching Prime Video, Netflix (by signing into your account), or live television on your 46" Smart TV. Whatever you plan, we guarantee you will enjoy your time at Tunnel Vision Nights!

- Large living area with Smart TV, futon sleeper sofa and chairs, game table with games
- Fast wi-fi
- Ionic air-scrubbers installed in air units to reduce allergens and air-borne bacteria and viruses
- Covered outdoor patio with woodland/lake view with table, chairs, and gas grill.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Those with limited mobility may have difficulty with the exterior stairs that lead down to the guest space.
- Our space is not child-proof or suitable for children under the age of 9. The area behind the house is not fenced and there is a very steep hill that drops off into a creek.
- Your host lives in the upper part of the house but your space is completely private with a separate entrance. Having your host on-site means we can respond quickly to any concerns.

Guest access
We have two free parking spaces available in the front driveway. Take the stairs or walk down the hill (easier with bikes) to get to your home away from home. First-time guests will need to meet with me first, then repeat guests can self-check in. PLEASE NOTE: there are exterior stairs that you need to take to get down to the lower level where you will be staying, so those with limited mobility may have a difficult time with them.

We also have a shuttle service available (Shuttle Hound) at an extra charge to shuttle you to trails, to/from the airport and bike rental shops, or wherever you may want to go.

Other things to note
Bella Vista offers many opportunities for recreation including 7 lakes, 6 golf courses, disc golf, tennis and pickle ball courts, and 3 recreation facilities. If you would like access to these community amenities, a guest pass is required which I can obtain for you from the city. Please let me know in advance if you are interested and I can provide more details.
