Guest access
Guests will have full access to the property, with the exception of one owner's closet in primary bedroom.
Other things to note
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION/HOUSE RULES:
*Guests must be 25 years or older to book Tucasa (some exceptions can be made by owner, send inquiry)
*GUESTBOOK: An E-guestbook will be sent to you upon check-in. Most questions you may have will be found in the guestbook. There is also a hardcopy guestbook in the home. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us for any additional questions. We do our best to respond within 24 hours, however often within the hour.
*PETS: We absolutely adore our furry friends, but this is no pet property. We have great options for pet boarding if you are interested - please inquire.
*PARTIES/SMOKING: This is a NO PARTY HOUSE with zero tolerance for parties. No amplified music and no smoking inside or outside of our home. Quiet hours are between 10pm-8am. Only guests listed on the rental agreement are allowed on the property unless prior approval is obtained from the host. Our house comfortably sleeps 11 guests (excluding children under 1 year old)
*POOL HEATING: Standard pool heating is available $100/day to heat to 74 degrees, requires 24 hours notice and is only allowed for consecutive days if more than one day is requested. If you're heating the pool for the kiddos we recommend 84 degrees $125/day. Trust us, it'll be worth it! *Prices are subject to change without notice*
*PROPANE TANKS/FIRE PITS/FIREPLACE: We offer our guests a total of 2 propane tanks per stay. One is assigned to the outdoor fire pit under the patio cover and one is under the gas BBQ grill. Please shut off the propane after use. If you find the tank is empty, please let us know asap so we can have it refilled for the next guest.
*Wood-burning fire pit: Please use responsibility and with caution when operating the wood-burning fire pit (we prefer guests to avoid use if you do not have experience). It is the guest's responsibility to ensure all flames and coals are completely extinguished prior to check-out. If there is no firewood available, guests are responsible for supplying their own firewood.
*Fire pit under patio cover: Please use responsibility. Keep the flames at tolerable height when using the fire pit under the patio cover to avoid risk of fire. Call 911 in case of fire - the home has two fire extinguishers (one in the kitchen and one in the pantry).
*Please do not operate the indoor fireplace
*During Monsoon Season* high winds can result in debris in the pool - pool skimmer provided for guest use.
