The space
Studio Tuanis is a home away from home for an individual traveler or a couple coming to town to surf and explore Nosara.

Guests will appreciate the tall ceilings and the floor to ceiling windows on one side of the studio that make the most of the natural light. There are sliding doors that open onto an expansive private patio - enjoy your morning coffee, stretch-out post surf, or enjoy a good book.

The studio has an open floor plan. On one side of the large space is a sitting area furnished with a couch, table, and two chairs. Across from the sitting area is the king size bed, two night stands, and a free standing closet. There is a full size bathroom and a fully stocked kitchenette. The space has one AC and ceiling fans throughout.

Located within a 5-minute walk to eateries, boutique shops, restaurants, and less than 10-minute walk to the surf in Playa Guiones, this modern and stylish studio has a great location.

Please note that this property has two separate rental units. The studio is the second story, and there is a separate lower two bedroom. Each space has their own private entrance and driveway. The only shared space is the laundry room. Sorry, there is no pool access for this unit.

Tuanis studio-loft is a great option to call home during your stay in Playa Guiones, Nosara.

Guest access
Guests will have access to an outdoor shower, a private driveway (narrow but fine for quads, a golf cart or small SUV), and a shared laundry room.

Other things to note
- Remote workers. The unit has internet but it is a shared network with the lower unit. The internet can go down for any number of reasons out of our control. Nosara is a rural, jungle and beach town and electricity surges are almost daily and occasionally, there are area wide issues with the internet service provider. Please note, we do not offer discounts for interruptions to internet services.
There are nearby hotels (Guilded Iguana) and co-work spaces (Become Nosara) that are available in a pinch.
- Mid-week cleanings are included for stays of 8 nights or more.
- Travel insurance for valuable items is recommended. As a tourist town, petty theft happens. The owners are not responsible for the theft of items left in and around the property.
