Spacious and bright upstairs studio with a private patio, and walk to all eateries and the surf in North Playa Guiones.
The space
Studio Tuanis is a bright, modern hideaway designed for solo travelers or couples looking to surf, slow down, and soak up the easy rhythm of Nosara.
Soaring ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows flood the studio with natural light, creating an open, airy atmosphere that feels instantly relaxing. On one side, sliding glass doors lead out to a spacious balcony—an ideal spot for morning coffee or post-surf stretching.
Inside, the open-concept layout offers a cozy sitting area with a couch, table, and chairs, while a king-size bed with two nightstands and a freestanding closet sets apart the sleeping space. The studio also includes a full bathroom and a fully equipped kitchenette, making longer stays effortless. With AC and ceiling fans throughout, the space stays comfortable no matter the time of day.
Tucked in a prime location, you’re just a 5-minute walk from local eateries, boutique shops, and restaurants—and less than 10 minutes from the waves at Playa Guiones, one of the area’s most beloved surf beaches.
Please note that the property consists of two separate rental units. The studio occupies the upper level of the home, while the two-bedroom unit is located on the lower level. Each unit has its own private entrance and driveway. The only shared space is the exterior laundry room. Please also note that the studio unit does not have access to the pool.

Guest access
Guests will have access to an outdoor shower, a private driveway (narrow but fine for quads, a golf cart or small SUV), and a shared laundry room.
Other things to note
Remote work note: Internet in Nosara is generally reliable, but outages can occur due to the area’s rural jungle setting, occasional power surges, or provider issues beyond our control. No refunds or discounts are offered for service interruptions. Nearby alternatives include the Guilded Iguana and Become Nosara co-working spaces if needed.
Cleaning: Mid-week cleaning is included for stays of 8+ nights or more but it is optional.
Security: We recommend travel insurance for valuables. As in any tourist area, petty theft can occur, and the owners are not responsible for lost or stolen items left on the property.
There is a jungle right outside your door. While we take steps to keep the pests away, they sometimes make their way in.
