You can enjoy the private space without worrying about the surroundings by renting the whole building.
Total floor area 133 m², 3LDK. There are 3 bedrooms.
The living and dining room is a spacious space of 30 tatami mats or more, a remnant of the former weaving factory.
This is a renovated 35-year-old traditional house.
There are some old-fashioned places, but that's what we sell as Showa Retro.
The water circulation and other areas have all been renovated.
Unlike the latest high airtight houses, it is cold in winter and cool in summer.
However, even in the middle of winter, there are wood stoves, commercial oil stoves, air conditioners, etc. in each room, so it will be warm. (You can't wear short sleeves in the middle of winter)
Enjoy the spaciousness and retro atmosphere of the Showa era that you can't find in ordinary homes.
・ There is a work desk and monitor (shared TV), so telework and remote work are also possible!
・ 42-inch TV with LG sound bar, projector (139-inch ultra-large screen) also has a sound bar, rich acoustics

* Firewood in the garden is available for a fee (1,000 yen per box). From April to October, firewood may not be in stock. Please purchase it at a nearby home center.

Carrots are their favorite.
If you cut it into sticks, they will eat it a lot.
Please limit it to one per day per head. (If you give them too much, they will have an upset stomach)

You can enter all areas of the house.
Storage sheds and fields are off limits because they are dangerous.
The neighboring fields are also off limits.
If you enter the field, you will be bitten by insects such as centipedes. Please be careful.
Other things to note
《 There are goats! 》
There are two goats in the field year-round. Latte (♂ white) & Mocha (♀ black)
You are welcome to interact with the goats through the electric fence, but touching the electric fence is dangerous. (It's only a little shock for adults, but please be careful with children)
Please turn off the power to the electric fence when your child comes into contact with the goats.
Be sure to turn the power back to "continuous" after that.
There is a water trough for the goats.
Please check that the water is not running out.
If there is none, please draw water from the outside tap and put it in.
Please let us know if the goats are not doing well or if there is anything wrong.
What the goats eat!
Carrots are their favorite, cabbage, potatoes (the buds are poisonous so take them out), sweet potatoes
